Anne B. Anstine Scholarship                                     

The Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women provides assistance to an under­graduate student, primarily for tuition. The Anne B. Anstine Scholarship may be used for college costs at four year colleges and universities, two year junior or community colleges or post-secondary certificate programs.
